Where should I go for pickup?

Your pickup point is shown in your ConneX Trip Details.

Before your trip:

  • Check the pickup point in the app
  • Go to the assigned pickup location
  • Arrive before your scheduled departure time

When should I arrive at the pickup point?

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.

This helps:

  • Avoid delays
  • Give enough time to locate your driver
  • Keep the trip on schedule

How will I know when my driver is assigned?

You will be notified in the app once a driver is assigned.

The ConneX Trip Details screen will show:

  • Driver name
  • Vehicle details
  • Plate number
  • Trip status

Can I call or message the driver?

Yes, if available.

Once your driver is assigned, you may use:

  • In-app call
  • In-app chat/message

These options will appear in your ConneX Trip Details screen.

What happens if I arrive late?

ConneX follows a scheduled departure time.

If you arrive late:

  • The driver may not be able to wait beyond the allowed waiting period
  • You may miss the trip
  • Refund eligibility will depend on the ConneX Cancellation Policy
