How do I create an Xpress account?

Create an Xpress account as a customer by downloading the app from Google Play. Then, provide the necessary details to open your account, i.e., name, mobile number and email address; once done you can start using the app immediately.

How do I join Xpress as a driver?

Joining Xpress is straightforward. Here's what you need to do:
1. Download the Xpress Driver app from your device's app store. Please see the link below:

2. Create an account by providing your basic information.
3. Complete the required documentation, including your driver's license, vehicle details, and insurance information.
4. Once your documents are verified and you finish all the required assessments, you'll be all set to start driving with Xpress.

How can I pay for an Xpress service?

With Xpress, the simplest way to pay is through our app. Just link or add a payment method to your account and you will be automatically charged at the end. We accept credit cards, debit cards and e-wallets such as GCash and Maya.

Where are you located?

We are located at 3 Brixton St., Kapitolyo, Pasig City. Our office is open from Mondays to Fridays at 9AM to 6PM.
