Some departure times may not appear or may be unavailable because:
- The trip is too close to departure
- The slot is fully booked
- The route is unavailable for that schedule
- The slot was disabled by operations
- There are no assigned drivers available
“All cars are booked” means all available driver slots for that departure time have already been reserved.
You can:
- Choose another available departure time
- Check another date
- Select another available route, if shown
After confirming your booking:
- Your trip will appear under Activity > Upcoming
- You will see your route, schedule, fare, pickup point, and drop-off point
- You will receive trip updates in the app
- Driver details will appear once a driver is assigned
Driver details may appear closer to your scheduled departure time.
Once assigned, the app will show:
- Driver name
- Vehicle model
- Plate number
- Contact options, if available
If another user confirms the last available slot first, your booking may not proceed.
When this happens:
- The app will notify you that the slot is no longer available
- You will need to choose a different departure time
