What is Xpress ConneX?

Xpress ConneX is a scheduled ride service that connects selected pickup and drop-off points through fixed routes and departure times.

It is designed for passengers who want a more planned and comfortable travel option, especially for longer point-to-point routes such as Clark to Manila or Manila to Clark.

With ConneX, you can:

Choose from available routes
Select a fixed departure time
Reserve your ride in advance
Travel with a fixed upfront fare
View your trip details in the Activity section

How do I book a ConneX trip?

To book a ConneX trip:

Open the Xpress app.
Tap ConneX from the homepage or Services screen.
Select your route or pickup/drop-off location.
Choose an available departure time.
Enter the number of passengers.
Review the fare and trip details.
Tap Reserve ConneX to confirm your booking.

Once confirmed, your ConneX trip will appear under Activity > Upcoming.

How far in advance can I book a ConneX trip?

You can book available ConneX trips up to 3 days in advance, depending on the route and available departure slots shown in the app.

Available dates may appear as:

Today
Tomorrow
The next available calendar days

Only available time slots will be shown for booking.

Can I book for more than 4 passengers?

Each ConneX booking can accommodate up to 4 passengers only.

ConneX also allows only 1 active booking per user at a time. This means you need to complete your current ConneX trip first before booking another ConneX trip.

Can I bring luggage?

Yes. Each passenger may bring:

1 luggage up to 50kg
1 handbag under 15kg, as long as it can be carried on your lap
