Where can I view my ConneX receipt?

After the trip is completed:

  • Go to Activity
  • Open Past Trips
  • Tap your completed ConneX trip
  • View the order summary and payment details

Can I rate my ConneX driver?

Yes. After the trip, you may be asked to rate your driver.

You may be able to:

  • Select a star rating
  • Choose feedback tags
  • Leave a comment
  • Add a tip, if available

Can I report an issue with my trip?

Yes. Open your completed ConneX trip from Activity > Past Trips.

You may report issues such as:

  • Pickup concern
  • Driver concern
  • Payment concern
  • Lost item
  • Trip experience issue

Can I email my receipt?

If available, you can email your receipt by:

  • Opening your completed ConneX trip
  • Tapping Email
  • Sending the receipt to your registered email address

Where can I see cancelled ConneX trips?

Cancelled ConneX trips can be viewed in your Activity history.

The trip details may show:

  • Cancellation status
  • Route and schedule
  • Payment details
  • Refund or charge information, if applicable
